Fascism and Ultra-nationalism are being spread at an increasing rate in the U.S making it more important than ever to identify these messages of hate from the source and create a more informed dialogue regarding nationalist ideals along with fascism. The U.S has always been prone to fascist ideals to take root with the systematic oppression of minorities and denial of such oppression when brought into the discussion.  There have been a series of hateful reactions to the simple calls of change first after reconstruction then the kkk of the 1920s , then the reaction to the civil rights in the 1950s and 60s. The most recent reactions are to the BLM protests and refusal to admit Donald Trump lost the 2020 election. Having an open dialog about fascism in the U.S and unwavered loyalty to the party/state is important in the U.S as we continue to alienate each other into political sects.
